Basic Climbing Class 2012
Application Period: December 15th 2011 - January 31st 2012
The WAC's 2012 Basic Climbing Class is in preparation! The class provides a comprehensive, safe introduction to mountaineering in the Northwest. To find out more navigate to http://wacclass.org.
Winter Backcountry Travel Class
The WAC Winter Backcountry class, for snowshoers, telemark skiers, randonee skiers, and splitboarders, is designed to teach people how to safely enjoy the winter playground that the Cascades become once blanketed with fluffy stuff. We'll cover avalanche safety, basic travel techniques, navigation, winter camping, and how to stay safe and have fun while doing all that.
