This was one day hike, pretty long hike (15 miles). Trail start from Mowick Lk. 3.8 Miles to Spray Park. Then we climbed up to 7600 feet elev .about 3 miles more. Right above "Observation lake under rock". Awesome weather and view. We made trail on the rock trying escape frozen snow on steep exposed ridge and valleys. There was bear on 6000 feet el. and goats to. Was also one group of skiers. But I do not think they had a fun, because frozen snow except on 6000 feet, but on that elevation little or not any snow.
We started at hike at 8:30am then got on Spray Park at 10:30 am and continues over few peaks to 7500 feet at 1:00pm.
Picturing was awesome around and in one crevasse and the lake.
We descend at 3:00pm and get down to parking around 6pm.
This was 3 mans party. we was not ready for ice and frozen snow (no crampons).
