Saw this wildfire burning from Spray Park yesterday, it looked like it was suddenly in Carbon River (huge plumes of smoke coming from just behind Mother Mountain range), so we high tailed it back to Mowich Lake TH. Turned out to be a little farther away, but the smell of burning forest permeated the hike down.
